What if I have a payroll query?
In the first instance, contact your consultant. In the event that they cannot help you, they will speak with our Payroll Department in Haywards Heath who will be able to answer any queries that arise. Please contact (01444) 457641
How will I be paid?
We can only pay by bacs directly into a UK bank account. Payment will be made on the Tuesday after the week you work. (Wednesday on Bank Holiday weeks) Most banks subscribe to 'Swift Payment System' so the funds should arrive immediately – for those that do not, payment can take up to 3 days to reach your account.
